  • I want to return my order, how do I do it?
    Follow the steps and then print the return slip and stick the return slip on the box. The watch must reach us in the original packaging and taking care to protect the watch during transport.

  • Warranty Claim
    During the warranty period. If you want to use this one to check your WW watch. Wakatiwatch will take care to carefully analyze the entire watch upon receipt, and will change the parts that need to be changed by putting in new parts and even changing the entire watch if this requires it after your agreement. WW will take care of repairing your watches or replacing your WakatiWatch. In accordance with the conditions of the WW guarantee, our conditions and regulations align and apply in the same way as the rights provided for by the law on consumer protection. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a manufacturing defect or visible failure. You have the right to replace or have the goods repaired if their quality is not acceptable.
  • The warranty is not functional in the following cases
    Non-WW watches, batteries, steel or leather bracelets and glass. Routine watch maintenance and cleaning, damage caused by negligence or recklessness and of any other nature whatsoever. Damage linked to an accident, improper handling or use of the watch. Handling and use incompatible with the instructions or directives communicated by WW. Wear, alteration or other factors related to a lack of proper care of the watch assembly and its materials, particularly caused by water.
  • My order is damaged, what should I do?
    Please take a photo of your watch upon receipt and send it to us via the contact of your choice and follow the procedure for returning the watch. Depending on the case, we will offer you a solution.
  • My order is blocked, what should I do?

  • What are the shipping fees ?
    Delivery is completely free.
  • What is the delivery delay ?

    No, the watch does not allow it.

    Put pressure on one side of the watch where the bracelet is located, on the head of the bar, using a special tool which allows you to push the spring of the latter. Then pull the rod towards you. Repeat this same gesture on the other side.
  • Can I take my watch apart to change the battery?
    It is always advisable to take your watch to a watchmaker or jeweler.
  • How do I set my watch? How does my watch work?

  • Validate your order

WAKATI WATCH will not validate your order and will not supply the products until your credit or debit card bank has authorized the payment for the ordered products.   • Can we pay several times?
    Payment in installments is not yet possible but we are working on it.
  • Pricing
    The prices of the products are indicated on the website and are confirmed in the automated email that you will receive once your order has been placed. All prices include VAT.
  • What are the return and refund conditions?
    The reimbursement conditions are as follows: manufacturing defect; defect linked to delivery; watch movement malfunction upon receipt; non-receipt of the watch by the customer after investigation; reason for returning the watch...     WW watches are sold exclusively on our official website and through authorized WAKATI WATCH resellers. It is prohibited to represent oneself as an authorized or qualified person to resell our watches. We reserve the right to refuse your order if we suspect you intend to resell our products.
